في دقّة للعود | Daqah Oud، نحرص على وصول جميع طلباتكم بحالة ممتازة وبالجودة التي نتطلع لتقديمها لكم.
نظراً لطبيعة منتجات العطور والعود والمنتجات ذات الاستخدام الشخصي، لا يمكن استرجاع أو استبدال أي منتج بعد فتحه أو استخدامه أو إزالة التغليف أو الختم الأصلي عنه.
في حال استلام منتج غير صحيح أو تالف أو به عيب، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة من استلام الطلب، مع إرفاق صور أو فيديو واضح يوضح حالة المنتج والمشكلة.
يُشترط لقبول طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وغير مفتوح، وفي حالته وتغليفه الأصلي، مع توفر إثبات الشراء.
بعد مراجعة الطلب والموافقة عليه، سيتم ترتيب الاستبدال أو استرداد المبلغ حسب الحالة. وفي حال الموافقة على الاسترداد، تتم إعادة المبلغ من خلال وسيلة الدفع الأصلية، وقد تختلف مدة وصول المبلغ حسب البنك أو مزود خدمة الدفع.
رسوم الشحن والتوصيل غير قابلة للاسترداد، إلا إذا كان المنتج المستلم خاطئاً أو تالفاً أو معيباً نتيجة خطأ من جانبنا.
لأي استفسار متعلق بالاسترجاع أو الاسترداد، يرجى التواصل مع خدمة عملاء دقّة للعود.
تحتفظ دقّة للعود بحق رفض أي طلب استرجاع أو استبدال لا يستوفي الشروط المذكورة أعلاه.

At Daqah Oud, we take great care to ensure that every order reaches you in excellent condition and meets our quality standards.
Due to the nature of fragrance, oud, and personal-use products, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted once a product has been opened, used, or its original packaging or seal has been removed.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos showing the item and the issue.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused and unopened, remain in its original condition and packaging, and be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange an exchange or refund, as applicable. Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable, except when an incorrect, damaged, or defective product has been supplied due to an error on our part.
